People who search here usually do not speak Dutch yet and expect housing to come with the job. You cannot reach this audience on the general job boards — here your listing appears in front of them in four languages, with filterable fields.
Where we stand
We are in beta, live since August 2026. Today 496 listings are running on the portal, in four languages, each filterable by housing, pay and province. Candidates see them free and without registration — that will never change.
Why jobSCAN
The audience is what counts, not the platform
You can already post for free elsewhere — Nationale Vacaturebank is free and Indeed's basic listing costs nothing. What you do not get there is the candidate who does not speak Dutch yet, and for whom housing is a condition rather than a bonus. The number worth looking at is not the board fee but what one hire costs you. A single hire is worth more than a whole year here.
Housing is a filter here, not a footnote
Every listing has to state whether housing is provided — and that is exactly what candidates filter on. If you hold an SNF certificate, we verify the number in the official register and your listings get the mark. What we have not verified, we do not show: we never display a certificate on trust alone.
Structured data, not a wall of text
Pay range, hourly or monthly rate, Dutch province, occupation, shift, start date, language required — each in its own field. That is what puts your listing into the filters, and what makes it readable in all four languages. We never convert hourly pay into monthly or the other way round, so nothing gets misread.
How it works
- Send us a few lines. Form below; we reply within 2 working days, in Hungarian or English.
- We verify. KvK number always, SNF number in the official register if you provide one.
- You post your listings. You enter the data in structured fields, we display it in four languages, marked “Directly from the employer”. Applications go to you — on your site or the channel you specify.

- At least 5 live, current listings. You pay for the beta in content, not in money.
- What you get
- Featured position in the list, and the SNF mark once we have verified your certificate.
- Cap
- A maximum of 15 active listings at a time.
- After the beta
- €50/month + VAT, locked in for you — this is the founding price; the later list price will be higher. It does not start automatically: at the end of the three months you decide.
- Working language
- Hungarian or English — whichever suits you.
Why is there a cap?
Because the density of the list is the product. Where posting is free and unlimited, the obvious move is to upload the entire stock — but on a diluted list your own vacancy is harder to find too. The cap of 15 protects the candidate, and through them the number of replies you get.
We do not process candidate data
To be clear from the start: we make your listing visible to candidates — we do not collect, sell or forward CVs. Applications go to you.
